My Couch to 5K program was originally published in 2010 and began as a simple running blog.
For over more than a decade, I ran countless 5K races and even finished a half marathon (13.1 miles). My Carli Fierce site had millions of views and my Couch to 5K trainings have been downloaded over 100,000 times. My voice and encouragement supported runners through first races, setbacks, comebacks and finish lines.
When my Carli Fierce era came to a close, I chose not to take down this training program down, because it still works, and still helps people have the courage to begin.
